Ethnic Day
Class: Grade 1,2 & 3

Objectives:

1)To promote the interests of all the children regardless of their race, religion, age and ability.

2) To raise awareness of the importance of the national tree of the UAE.

Depicting the cultures and traditions of different countries, students dressed in traditional attires and also shared their country food with others.

A programme was organized by the students to create awareness about the national tree and its values. The students brought the sapling of a Ghaf tree and acacia tree to plant in the school garden.

The students not only learned about the trees adaptations but also cultural significance.
